Produced Water Treatment

Our proven and patented water treatment technology extracts clean water and recovers minerals from produced water and other industrial wastewater, agnostic of the feed water composition and its contaminants. Valuable Mineral Concentrate

Unlocking Value from brine or industrial produced water. Our patented technology enables a domestic and secure supply of critical minerals. The higher the salinity, the greater our competitive advantage.

Our proven and patented cyclonic desalination and brine concentration technology recovers freshwater and critical minerals from high salinity brine with zero-liquid discharge. Containerized, portable, and scalable, our units are easily deployed anywhere and are well suited for remote applications with limited energy infrastructure or as an add-on (bottom cycling) to existing desalination operations.

  • We gain competitive advantage as the feed water salinity increases, generating potable water from any salinity, even fully salt -saturated brines. 

  • Compared to the concentrates made from hard-rock mines, Lithium extraction from brine is more valuable and can be almost twice as profitable. Our units produce concentrated streams of Lithium, Magnesium, or Nickel, critical for battery energy storage and an electrified energy economy.

  • The US has ~10% of the world's known Lithium reserves yet 99% of our Li+ comes from South America or China. Our units enable Li concentration from dilute brines, common in the US (10-400 ppm).

  • Solar evaporation ponds are land- and water-intensive, and damage high-desert ecosystems. Our units will replace solar ponds to produce a concentrated Li solution, clean water and salts that can be sold, used, or returned to the reservoir to minimize negative impacts.
